On April 17, 2005, FiS gave permission for shows to be hosted at the Archive:
Subject: band permission - Fork.in.Socket
We [Fork.in.Socket] would really love to participate in your site's live
music audio archive. We know it would be great exposure and even better
musical storage (our site has super low bandwidth and we've been trying to
host live songs). We don't want to put any limits on what people can upload
beyond the ones you guys already have in place.
Our webmaster already added a band information page at archive.org, so this
is our permission you guys need.
Here's a link to our band's taping policy as well:

If you need anything else, ask us. Beyond that, I hope we can use your site
soon.
Thanks,
F.i.S
Taping Policy
We find the recording of our music to be very beneficial to the promotion and exposure of our band. As such, we allow anyone willing and desiring to record our performances to do so. You may distribute these recordings as you wish (via trading, filesharing, FTPs, etc.) as long as:
1) You don't ask to hook to the soundboard. We cannot provide this luxury and usually do not run through a soundboard anyway, so this would be useless.
2) You don't distribute recordings for profit... it's not your music, it's our, don't treat it in any other way!
We will do our best to host a bit of our own shows, but we cannot host too much due to low server bandwidth. We're going to try to get some recordings on archive.org soon so we can host in a more convenient and fast way.
Also, if you do record us, make sure you let us know and share with us... we could use all the recordings we can get!
